MyoSure® Tissue Removal System
The MyoSure tissue removal procedure is intended for hysteroscopic intrauterine procedures by trained gynecologists to resect and remove tissue including submucous myomas, endometrial polyps and retained products of conception. This can enable many women sufferings with abnormal uterine bleeding symptoms caused by polyps or fibroids to be effectively treated without having to undergo major surgery. For women who would like to have children in the future, the MyoSure procedure may be a treatment option to consider.
Hologic offers a suite of MyoSure devices to resect and remove tissue, including a range of fibroids and polyps.

NovaSure® Endometrial Ablation
The NovaSure® procedure utilizes unique, patented smart-depth-technology to deliver customized ablation. NovaSure endometrial ablation is a non-hormonal, safe, and convenient 5-minute procedure that can effectively reduce bleeding or even eliminate your period entirely. It works by permanently removing the endometrium (the lining of the womb cavity), the part that causes the bleeding, with a quick delivery of radiofrequency energy. NovaSure is for premenopausal women with heavy periods due to benign causes who are finished childbearing.

Omni® Hysteroscope
High quality and flexibility help you maximize performance with an all-in-one scope. Omni Hysteroscopes offers three interchangeable sheaths with 0° or 30° options for flexible diagnostic and operative capabilities. A complete range that ensures you can adapt to each patient and the required procedure. Used in both an outpatient or operating room (OR) settings. Designed with you in mind to allow you to perform your best work. The 0° scope is optimized for MyoSure, with additional flexibility to perform other operative procedures. The 30° scope angle is ideal for diagnostic and operative procedures and commonly used with 5 Fr. tools.

Omni® Instrument Tray
Omni Instrument Tray is intended to enclose, protect and organize the Omni Hysteroscope, Sheaths, and Removable Outflow Channels during sterilization and storage. The Omni Instrument Tray must be used in conjunction with a sterilization wrap that is declared by FDA for the indicated sterilization cycles.

- Supports steam and sterilization processes for reliable reprocessing.
- Slim profile supports organized storage and efficient sterilizer loading.
- Trays should be wrapped in two layers of 1-ply polypropylene wrap (Halyard Health H600 or equivalent).
- Product may be maintained for up to 30 days after sterilization in accordance with the wrap manufacturer’s instructions.
